QLM Search is partnering a hyper growth, branded deli style food manufacturer that is looking to appoint a SVP Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to an inspirational CEO, the role will form an integral part of a highly collaborative leadership team.
- This high profile role will be responsible for all aspects of Sales, including customer acquisition, new item introductions, velocity acceleration, trade management, broker management and team coaching and development.
Minimum Qualifications
My client requires a hands-on commercial leader, that has a breadth and depth of sales experiences (in ‘corporate’ and in the ‘field’) to scale small companies, as well as learning best practices within large companies.
The business has significant "scale up" aspirations and it is important that the sales leader has an exceptional track record of building from the ground up, whilst operating in an agile manner and expertly managing multiple priorities.
