Prior to forming QLM, Seán served as Co-Founder of a boutique search firm where he led their Food & Ingredients Division. His ability to create lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike makes him a truly valuable asset to any business, or executive looking to transform their career.

He is a well-known and highly respected search partner in the industry, his success in recruiting executive leaders across all functions, positions him strategically to address any client challenge.

A key figure within the leadership team of QLM, Paul continues to shape the landscape of executive search, blending experience, expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Gemma's role is critical in ensuring that every operational aspect of QLM Search functions effectively.

She oversees a wide array of responsibilities, from HR and IT to Health & Safety and Compliance.

Andrew is a business leader with many years of experience in some of the best-known, global Food & Beverage businesses.

As Senior Vice President for HR, he was accountable for the people agenda for an international business of $14bn sales and over 30,000 employees. He has led many complex and large-scale change programmes and appreciates the challenges for companies in this sector.

Andrew’s strong industry reputation is built around his great instincts for people and as a commercially focused leader.

Emily does the research for executive talents across our Food & Packaging practices ensuring we have the most up-to-date information to feed into our assignments process.

Emily has worked in the IT recruitment sector and was Training Co-ordinator in Learning & Development at the UK Mercedes dealership, where she recruited and mentored young talents within their College Academy.

James’s search experience spans over a 10-year period. He has successfully provided key senior management talent, including interim solutions for a broad portfolio of companies across the Packaging and Food & Beverage sectors.

Erin champions and develops the ethical, environmental and community-minded side of QLM Search.

She is a graduate of Central Saint Martin's University and spent close to 10 years fulfilling leadership positions in the Education sector.

In parallel with this role, she is an active ambassador for “Forest School” outdoor learning and enjoys connecting children and young adults with nature.
