QLM Search is partnering with a European Private Equity Fund that has recently acquired a high growth branded snacking business.

Reporting to the CEO and a dotted line into the investors, this role will be instrumental in delivering world class performance across a fast growth business.

• Key leader of the Finance Transformation programme driving increased focus on business partnership, fit for purpose information and increased focus on the control environment.
• Working closely with the strategic shareholder to develop and execute a buy and build M&A strategy, including review of targets, coordinating due diligence and integrating acquired companies.
• Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance and international markets
• Active involvement in the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation
• Key business partner for marketing, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain driving key objectives as well as external support in negotiating key customer contracts.

The successful candidate will be a proven, hands on finance leader and have deep experience of working in a Private Equity backed, entrepreneurial environment. My client requires a skilled collaborator that can build relationships and influence across different cultures.
