VP Organisation Development
QLM Search is partnering a Global Food & Beverage Group that is recognised for its pioneering approach to innovation and customer excellence.
The business is undergoing an exciting evolution and to support this, the role of VP Organisation Development has been created.
Reporting to the CHRO and forming part of their high performing leadership team, this high profile role will provide group-wide thought leadership across all aspects of OD.
- Partner the Ex Co and HR Senior Leadership Team, providing guidance and thought leadership and potential solutions across the areas of Culture development, Talent, L&D and Diversity
- Develop and implement a Performance cycle which is fit for the leadership population in the first instance, followed by colleagues across the whole group.
- Be an ambassador for the organisations Values and ensure that the colleague and leadership behaviours are firmly embedded within all T&D processes.
- Lead and support the delivery of an L&D strategy that is aligned to business and cultural priorities.
- To support the business to deliver its end-to-end strategy including the development of a stronger performance focused mindset at all levels across the organisation.
- Input into the Technology roadmap, ensuring that the platforms and systems utilised within OD are fit for purpose.
- Deputise where appropriate for the CHRO.
To be considered for this high profile role, it is critical that you have deep expertise in OD gained within a highly complex international group. You will be able to demonstrate a natural flare for leading large OD projects from conception to implementation whilst ensuring budgets are managed effectively.
